PRIMARY GUEST – The guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must be present for the reservation.

RESERVATION MAX – The maximum number of adults for the property is 10. Only the number of people listed on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on the property. Having additional overnight guests may lead to your reservation being cancelled.

PARTIES/EVENTS – No Parties or events are not permitted on the property unless you have received prior approval.

SMOKING — Due to the owner’s allergies, gas fireplaces and large propane tanks, this property has a NON SMOKING policy, NO EXCEPTIONS! No Smoking anywhere in or near the cabin (including all decks, porches and steps) is allowed. Guests agree to pay not less than $350 for odor abatement if they smoke in the cabin or if cigarette butts are left on the grounds.

ALCOHOL – No drinking of alcoholic beverages by persons under the legal age of twenty-one (21) is allowed on rental properties. Guests agree that if Guests are arrested for underage drinking at rental properties or if Agents observe Guests under the legal age of twenty-one (21) drinking alcoholic beverages, this Agreement/Contract may be terminated, and Guests evicted with no refund or rebate at the option of the Agents. Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited for anyone staying at a “Gone Squatchin” Creekside Cabin.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES – Occupancy and use of premises shall not be such as to disturb or offend neighbors or residents, including but not limited to; parties, excessive speeding through neighborhoods, riding of ATV’s or Off-Road Motorcycles/Dirt Bikes, excessive noise and/or obnoxious behavior, discharging of Firearms, BB/Pellet Guns, Paint Ball Guns, Potato Cannons, or Fireworks, etc. The Agents have the prerogative to terminate this Agreement/Contract and to demand that disruptive Guests vacate the premises, thereby forfeiting all monies to Agents. NO REFUNDS OR REBATES will be offered.

PETS: Well behaved and housebroken DOGS are permitted at the cabin ONLY with prior approval and completion of a pet addendum and paid PET FEE. No more than 2 dogs weighing less than 50 lbs are allowed on the property. Cats are NOT permitted due to the owners severe allergies.

**As our guests, you will be responsible for any damages as well as additional cleaning or treatment needs due to fleas or “accidents.” Please bring your pet’s bedding as they are not permitted on the furniture or bedding. Dogs should not be left unattended in the cabin (locked in bathrooms, bedrooms, porches, etc) so please bring their crates/cages if necessary. We do provide pet bowls and towels for use.

NOISE – Please be mindful of our neighbors and respect the natural surroundings and limit outside noise and music after 11pm.

RIVER ACCESS – Access to Turkey Creek is available on the property. Guests shall swim or utilize the river at their own risk including any of the water activities available by the host or any additional equipment brought by the guest. Children must be supervised.

FISHING – A Georgia State Fishing License is required for any fishing activities within the state of Georgia. The guest is responsible for obtaining the appropriate fishing license prior to engaging in any fishing activities.

INSECTS/WILDLIFE – As our guests you will be in the mountains and woods and depending upon the time of year may encounter Bear, Deer, Turkey, Ladybugs, Carpenter Bees, Wasps, Scorpions, Ticks, Ants, Chiggers, etc. Guests are encouraged to dress accordingly and to bring insect repellent for outdoors activities.

HOT TUB – The Hot tub shall be utilized at the guests own risk. Glass is not allowed in or near the hot tub. Please shower prior to hot tub use. Please recover the hot tub after each use. Keeping the cover off the hot tub while not in use will decrease the water temperature. The cover on the hot tub is not to hold any weight including persons. Guests agree to pay not less than $100, if hot tub has been compromised in such a manner that results in cleaning services being delayed. Hot tubs have been cleaned prior to Guests arrival. If Guests request an additional cleaning of hot tub during stay, Guests agree to pay an additional charge of $100. Guests understand that hot tub usage is at their own risk and will not hold the Property Owner responsible for any injury. It is absolutely forbidden for children to be in the hot tub without a responsible adult. ** Please dont remove the blue floating “frog” and the floating sailboat from the hot tub. These help us keep the hot tub chemicals balanced and algae free**

AIR CONDITIONING – Please keep all windows and doors closed as much as possible when you have the air conditioning on… it is very easy to freeze up the condenser unit if you turn the air conditioning down too low to compensate for the open windows and doors. If this happens, you will be charged for the repair.

TRASH – Upon check-out, ALL trash must be bagged and placed in the designated trash bins outside with the cover closed. This includes fast food wrappers, alcohol boxes, pizza boxes, cardboard, etc. A $35 fee will accrue if trash is found in the outdoor bins and is not placed in trash bags. In addition, do not leave trash or food unattended on the porches, decks or by the fire-pit, as wildlife (bears, raccoons, etc) are drawn to the area.

FIRE PIT – The Fire-pit is supplied for guest usage at their own risk. Guests must monitor all fires and PLEASE be considerate of firewood usage. NO large bonfires are permitted. Please bring ANY and ALL trash up from Fire-pit and do not leave any food or trash behind.

FIREPLACES – No other items including but not limited to; charcoal, lava rocks, accelerants, etc. can be burned in wood burning fireplaces. Guests agree to pay not less than $100, if any items, other than hardwood or Duraflame type logs are burned in fireplace. Guests further agree that no fire will be left unattended. No lighter fluid allowed.

BBQ GRILL – Please be careful when using the grill and clean after use. The grill is connected to an individual tank. Please ensure that the tank is turned on prior to starting the grill and turned OFF after use.

KITCHEN & HOUSEHOLD ITEMS – A variety of utensils and equipment is provided in the kitchen to ensure guest comfort and an exceptional stay. Guests utilize all equipment in kitchen and the house in general at their own risk.
